Moreover, the Twitch Partner program is making waves! Currently, many channels and streamers hold the status of partners, but their scale or tiers are high. This shows how hard becoming a partner is. One of the most notable quality criteria is having a steady and regular streaming record for around 30 or so days! These streams also maintain a set number of viewers!

These criteria are somewhat grueling for up-and-coming streamers! Additionally, fans know how Twitch’s CEO Dan Clancy also streams on the platform every once in a while. Fans love DJCLANCY, his official Twitch handle! But due to his frequent absence from streaming, Twitch rejected his Partner program application!

Moreover, the reason mentioned in this rejection was,

“Your recent viewership has been fluctuating significantly, and we are looking for consistency rather than occasional spikes in viewership.”
