The wait for Rockstar Games’ eighth installment to the Grand Theft Auto series, GTA 6 has been a really long one for fans. The sequel to GTA 5, one of the most famous AAA title of the decade GTA 6 has been highly anticipated by the fanbase.

Rockstar Games‘ upcoming AAA GTA 6 has not received a release date as of yet but the studio has informed fans that the game is under development. Following the huge success of GTA Online, fans are concerned Rockstar will prioritize the online multiplayer aspect of the game more than its single player aspect. Since the release of GTA Online in 2013, it has been the primary source of income for Rockstar. Due to this reason GTA Online has been the sole focus of the studio with constant updates and content being released regularly. Although fans have been enjoying GTA Online, people have been wanting the sequel to the game even more.

However during a recent company call, Take Two CEO Strauss Zelnick guaranteed investors that it still believes in the ability of single-player games as that is what Rockstar is known for. With games like Red Dead Redemption 2 and GTA 4 that have an amazing storyline and single player experience, Rockstar has high expectations to fulfill. After the recent announcement by Take Two CEO, fans can be assured that Rockstar will definitely focus on the single player aspect of GTA 6.

Insiders and Data miners are always on the hunt for new leaks and information about games and GTA 6 is no stranger to them. GTA 6 leaks are especially rare and has the fanbase hyped for the game every time one is announced.

Recently, informer Matheusvictorbr leaked information that the GTA 6 open world map will be larger than previously anticipated. He informed people that GTA 6 could take place in Cuba featuring its major cities like Havana. Other cities like Vice city and Liberty city have also been anticipated to be added to the map. A new city named Carcer City which has never been announced in the game before is also being introduced to the game.
