FIFA 22 is all set to release the next big event under its wings and it is the Team of the Year. Here is all you need to know in FIFA 22 Team of the Year before you start voting for the roster!

FIFA is know for releasing player rosters on a weekly, monthly and a yearly basis. The smaller ones feature the best players from the month or some great matches in the previous week. Naturally their stats are minimally boosted to congratulate their performance. However, the FIFA 22 Team of the Year is special because it releases once a year and will feature the very best player items to obtain!

Here is how players can start voting for FIFA 22 Team of the Year today.

The Team of the Year event will feature the best player in their roles for the year of 2021. This will be decided based on their performances in the earlier year.

The first round of selection will feature some Nominees from each tier namely Attackers, Midfielders, Defenders and Goalkeepers. The first selection is done by EA Sports and all the list for nominees are now out.

The second round for selection is done by the players across the globe as EA puts up a voting poll for the players to participate in. Here the players can select upto 3 nominees who will move on to further selection.

The voting will start in about 2 hours from now on 10th January, 2022.

  • Players need to first find and open the official EA FFIA 22 Team of the Year website. Click here to visit the site.
  • Players can then select their preferred nominees from each category namely Attackers, Defender, Midfielder and Goalkeepers.
  • After Selecting the preferred players, lock in your votes.
  • The poll will be submitted and the winners for the event will be declared soon.
