As we know, FIFA 23 is only an arm’s length away with the game set to be playable in just 7 days. Players of the game are extremely hyped for its release. The new game is set to be released on September 27 to those players who bought the Ultimate Edition and hence have early access, and on September 30 for the rest.

Messi’s Freekick Against Lyon Looked Like One Straight Out of FIFA 23!
The FIFA 23 ratings are now live and official, with the top 1000 ratings available to go through on EA’s official website. Messi is a part of the 5 highest-rated players in the game that are leading the top 1000 player ratings in the game. Messi, along with Mbappe, Benzema, Lewandowski, and De Bruyne all share the highest rating of 91 OVR in the game.
Messi showed a glimpse of why exactly he deserves to be rated 91 in the game. He took a freekick on Sunday evening, that was a spectacular strike. Although the freekick did not go in, it resulted in a goal in the same play to secure a victory of 1-0 for his side Paris Saint-German against French rivals Lyon.

The set-up of the camera angle was very futuristic, with it almost looking as though the the viewer was Messi, and he was taking the freekick! The camera was set up at an angle behind Messi when he was taking the freekick. The same type of angle has been related to that of EA Sports’ FIFA 23, with the view of the wall and the goalkeeper able to be seen the same way in FIFA 23, as Messi’s freekick against Lyon.
This video has spread like wildfire and is now viral on the internet. Many people have reacted to that footage by saying that the angle looks out of this world, it looks like FIFA 23 footage, other major leagues such as the Premier League need to adopt this technique, etc. Messi has had a magnificent start to his new season, scoring 6 goals and having 8 assists in 11 games. Fans are hopeful he will keep up the good performances and have a good season overall.
