You will no longer be able to delete your club as a part of the Pitch Notes update in FIFA 23

The official unveiling of the FIFA 23 ratings means players of the game can now take to EA’s database of the top 1000 ranked players in the game to compare, analyze, and essentially plan on an overall basis regarding their new Ultimate Team and the upcoming season for FIFA 23. Once you make and register your Ultimate Team Name in FIFA 23, you will not be allowed to delete it later on.

According to EA Sports’ Pitch notes update, players of the game will no longer be able to delete their FIFA Ultimate Team club in the new game. EA stated, “We have also removed the option to Delete Your Club after finding that most players don’t use this option.” This may not harm many users, as EA stated that this function wasn’t used by many anyway.

Although many users didn’t really use the feature of deleting their FIFA Ultimate Team Club, players of the game should now be aware that they cannot delete their club and should therefore proceed with that knowledge. When you open the mode for the first time and see the Starter Pack, this team will be tied to your ownership and cannot be deleted. Players are usually limited to one club per account, so if you want to start a new club, you’ll need to open a new account.

Clubs in FUT 23 can be renamed

Over the past few years, Ultimate Team players have had limited opportunities to rename their Club. Therefore, if you want to change your club name after exceeding the limit of opportunities, you will need to form a completely new club. In FIFA 23, a player can change his FUT club name as many times as he wants. This is due to the addition of new options to the FUT menu in-game. Players should find the new “Club Settings” menu in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team. After that, you will be given the opportunity to rename your club. This can be done how many ever times the player wants to do it without any restrictions, unlike before.
