The two players with the top overall ratings in FIFA 23 Fantasy FUT Team 2, which just went live in Ultimate Team, are Ruben Dias and Eden Hazard. With the addition of this lineup, packs will now contain a second set of special cards. Players have fantastic possibilities for improving their individual teams thanks to the addition.
