Speaking of Ultimate Team, the Foundation SBCs for FIFA 23 are here, along with the requirements, which will be expressed in detail as we learn more in the upcoming days.
Foundation SBCs refer to the submission of squads in exchange for certain rewards. These Squad Building Challenges (SBCs) do not expire like your usual SBCs which have a limited time period within which they must be completed. These Foundation SBCs never refresh and are available from the time of launch till the end of FIFA 23. Foundation SBCs aim to guide or teach the players of the game how to go about completing SBCs.

In FUT 23, there are two types of foundation challenges, which are basic challenges and advanced challenges. The Basic Challenge is designed to teach beginners how to submit an SBC. It initially starts with swapping bronze players, then eventually evolves completing SBCs with many requirements.
Advanced challenges are intended for more experienced players. These SBCs require you to swap teams across multiple leagues and countries to solve complex puzzles. It’s all about game management challenges, so you can choose where to complete your basic SBC. FUT Web App, Companion App, or Console/PC are all options to complete the SBCs.
