FIFA 23 is very close to being playable, with its release not more than a couple of weeks away. This naturally also means the FIFA 22 cycle will come to its conclusion to pave the way for FIFA 23. FIFA 23 is set to be released on September 30, and 3 days earlier on September 27 for those who have early access.
FIFA 23 is highly anticipated by the fans, and everyone cannot wait to get a hold of it once it comes out. There are plenty of new features that have been included in the game that have never been seen before in any of the previous FIFA editions. Why Benzema and Lewandowski Might Not Be the Best Players Despite Having the Highest Ratings in FIFA 23
EA just announced the first set of official ratings of players for the new game. These consisted of the top 23 highest-rated players in the game. The list unveiled by EA has been topped by Karim Benzema and Robert Lewandowski following their spectacular seasons last year. They have both received a rating of 91 OVR, and rightly deserve it too.
Karim Benzema in particular had one of the best seasons of his career last season. Benzema led his team Real Madrid to the Champions League trophy after putting up stellar performances in the group stage and knockouts. Benzema also won the LaLiga and truly had a memorable season. Lewandowski also had a fantastic season, scoring a bagful of goals and winning the Bundesliga with it as well.

Benzema and Lewandowski share the same 91 Rating with Mbappe, Messi, and De Bruyne. Despite the ratings of Benzema and Lewandowski, the case still might be that they may not be favored by the players of the game much when compared to other options available such as the likes of Mbappe, Mohammed Salah, and others.

- Low Agility and Balance stats
- Lack of 5 star skill moves to beat defenders and get a shot away.
