The Rulebreakers promo is live in the game
The Rulebreakers promo is now live in FIFA 23, and fans are excited about what’s to come. This will be the first time a promo will last for two weeks, released in a batch of two teams.
Similar to the OTW and RTTK promos, the cards that come with the Rulebreakers have better stats and better overalls. These buffs make the Rulebreakers card better than the basic issue, making it more in demand.

FIFA 23 Rulebreakers Items Will be Based on Random Boosts
Each Ultimate Team promotion in the new game offers different cards than the base version. These often come with boosts and upgrade chances in the game.
The Rulebreakers promotion has very little chance of an upgrade. As for the overall boosts, this is a one-time thing as it improves the card rating compared to the base version.

That doesn’t mean the Rulebreakers card isn’t worth the player’s investment. Finally, all the football players in promotions have amazing boosts to each stat in addition to their regular upgrades.
This stat is random, but often in weaker areas of the item is boosted. EA Sports typically increases the value of the stat associated with the player card and also offers flexibility in FIFA 23. Not every card gets an upgrade in the pace department, however, and the footballers who are naturally fast will get boosts in some other areas.
