As recently leaked information suggests, FIFA 23’s upcoming Out of Position promotion appears to be following in Rulebreakers’ footsteps. Reliable FIFA news leaker FUT Sheriff has announced a full line-up of the upcoming promo featuring some great player cards.
There is always uncertainty when it comes to unofficial information, but recent leaks of FUT Sheriff have proven to be accurate. For example, FUT Sheriff in Rulebreakers revealed exactly the player cards which were featured in the two teams. However, with the Out of Position promo, EA Sports seems to be returning to its old format of only including one team.

The Out of Position promotion introduces a special version of player positions that differs from their base versions. Of course, those stats also reflect changing roles in the field. More importantly, the overall ratings of these items will be boosted.
Some Out of Position cards have been leaked online, with Mohamed Salah apparently set to be handed an impressive Striker card. He has great potential for an offensive edge in the game and will definitely be in high demand in this position.

Joao Cancelo is reportedly set to receive a Central Midfielder (CM) card when the Out of Position promotion kicks off in FIFA 23. This position is quite different from his typical LB position where he plays for Manchester City. Full-backs Reece James and Theo Hernandez could also receive RW and LW cards respectively.
