Fortnite has been going strong ever since its launch and is now one of the biggest games in the world. The new Chapter 5 of the game is rumored to come in November-December and it has got all the fans excited. New Race Mode coming with new maps In Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 1

Fortnite has an elite fanbase with more than millions of daily active players. Epic Games also rightly treats its fans by introducing new and exciting stuff to the game. Fortnite is known for making one of the most out-of-the-world collaborations and bringing some eye-catching cosmetics to the game. The newest leaks from a credible leaker suggest that the new Chapter 5 Season 1 of Fortnite will come with a car racing mode and special maps for the mode.

The racing mode codenamed “Delmar” is said to come in both casual and competitive modes as well as modes named Death Race and Easy Rider. There is going to be a lot of content with the racing mode, more than you would expect. The mode will have its own 18 divisions, where the player would have to earn points and go up the ladder as you do traditionally in arena mode. The complete information about the ranking is not available as of now but there are also leaks saying that there could be a leaderboard. Here are all the Racing mode names that have been leaked in addition to the mentioned above:

  • Competitive Racing
  • Beginner Tutorial (will force you to play fills)
  • Time Trials
  • Expert Tracks

The leaks also suggest that the racing mode may be permanent and not a limited-time mode.

According to some other leaks, players can expect 12 maps for the casual mode and 4 maps and one map named “Whiplash Circuit” for the ranked mode along with time trials and tutorial modes. Racing Mode in Fortnite Chapter 5 will also feature a garage for vehicle customization directly from the main lobby. Additionally, a separate Battle Pass exclusively for the mode will offer unique rewards and challenges

Release Date for the new Racing Mode in Fortnite

Earlier there were rumors of the mode cooing with Chapter 4 Season 5 but the news has turned out to be false. The mode is most certainly going to make its debut with Chapter 5 Season 1 of Fortnite. An exact date has neither been announced by Epic Games nor has been leaked but it is rumored to come at the end of 2023, so near the end of November or in December
