The game gets a major update every six weeks, and these updates add a wide range of new content, ranging from characters, weapons, quests, and much more. Data Miners and leak providers have found as much information as possible about the upcoming location.
The leaked details of the location come with little visual confirmations, so players should know that leaks and speculations about upcoming features mostly focus on the data found in-game files, leaving players with imagination.
Enkanomiya, originally known as Byakuya no Kuni (“Land of the White Night, Midnight Sun”), is a location near Sangonomiya Shrine. It can be entered via a deep pool, and legend has it that the Watatsumi people originated from here. These events concern new characters, gameplay, and while some leaks show locations while they are still in their early stages.
These leaks always create an enormous amount of hype in the community. The Enkanomiya region will not be part of the main Teyvat map, but will instead have its own section within the game’s map, much like the Golden Apple Archipelago from the 1.6 updates.

Enkanomiya began bleaching Watatsumi Island’s soil, which would endanger the island and slowly turn it into the desert if not dealt with accordingly, along with the Dragonheir of the Depths or some other monster that may have resided inside and waiting to escape to the surface.
While all of these are leaked and data-mined information about the upcoming location, much more about the mysterious place will get revealed after the new update of 2.4 goes live in January.
