The previous information of Kamisato Ayato being a DPS character is proving to be accurate as we are getting more Genshin Impact 2.6 leaks about the 5-star Hydro character eventually.
The entire Genshin Impact community has set their eyes upon Kamisato Ayato as for the first time, the head of the Kamisato Clan will be seen interacting with the Travelers and becoming a playable character. The hype surrounding Ayaka’s elder brother has increased tenfold ever since we got to know his kit through Genshin Impact 2.6 leaks.

Genshin Impact 2.6 leaks reveal Ayato’s buffs
It is not unusual to see new characters getting buffed before their release as this happened with Yun Jin as well as Yae Miko. However, the Hydro character has received his second set of buffs and with his signature weapon, Ayato might just become a broken DPS character.
A series of Genshin Impact 2.6 leaks have been provided by UBatcha, a reliable source in the Genshin Impact community. As per the leaks, the character has received changes in his constellation and his base stats. In addition to that, his signature weapon has also been buffed.
Base stats (At Level 90)
HP: 13,446 to 13,715
ATK: 285 to 299
DEF: 815 to 769
The base ATK of Ayato has received a massive change at the highest level but his defense has been brought down, therefore, players might have to use a shield character with Ayato if they take on against formidable enemies.
Constellations
C2: Max HP increased from 40% to 50%
C4: Nearby party members will get 15% increased Normal ATK damage for 15 seconds
Ayato’s constellation were a concern for the players as the Genshin Impact 2.6 leaks revealed the character’s power at his maximum constellation. Players wished to see Ayato dealing more damage and it seems like further changes on constellations are likely to be made.
Weapon
Ayato’s signature weapon, Haran Tsukishiro Futsu has also received a buff in his Normal Attacks. The new stats reveal that when the character will use his Elemental Skill, every Wavespike consumed will increase the Normal Attack DMG to 20% for 8 seconds, the NA DMG was previously 8%.
Apart from these buffs, Genshin Impact 2.6 leaks have stated an alteration in the passive skill of Ayato According to the new change, when Ayato won’t be on the field and have less than 40 HP, he will regenerate HP after every 2 seconds. These changes has increased the excitement for Kamisato Ayato even more.
