Since MiHoYo has announced the events and banners of the second phase of the 2.5 update, players are looking forward to some more Genshin Impact 2.6 leaks including the live stream date and characters that will be seen in the upcoming banners.
As of now, Genshin Impact 2.6 leaks have provided a clear picture on what to expect from the new patch and undoubtedly, players are believing that the next update is going to be better compared to the current update which lacks an engaging content. Genshin Impact 2.6 leaks: Expected livestream date and more
The developers of Genshin Impact usually roll out a new patch after every 42 days with a lot of new content and new characters. Looking at the previous trends, it can also be figured out clearly that the special program or livestream as fans call it occurs two weeks prior to any new update.
Since Genshin Impact 2.6 leaks have revealed that the new patch will be available around the end of March or possibly March 30, it is highly possible that the special program will be hosted on mid-March or perhaps on March 18,2022. However, this date is not confirmed and players should take it with a grain of salt.
Banners
Character banner
As of now, the first banner of the next update as seen through the latest Genshin Impact 2.6 leaks, is Kamisato Ayato. His release was confirmed by the developers before they hosted the special program of the 2.5 update. Ayato is a 5-star Hydro sword user who is the head of Kamisato clan and the elder brother of Ayaka, a playable Cryo character in the game.
At the second phase of the character banner, it has been speculated that either of the two the characters- Ayaka, Venti, Yoimiya and Kazuha will be seen in the rerun banner. Although the leaks are more inclined towards the rerun of an Anemo user and Ayaka.
Weapon banner
The Hayan Tsukishuro Futsu or the signature weapon of Ayato as seen through the Genshin Impact 2.6 leaks will be available in the weapon banner of the next update. Players will certainly like to pull for this weapon as it is highly buffs Normal Attacks.
Apart from Ayato’s signature weapon, the signature weapons of the characters who will be getting a rerun will also feature in the weapon banner and receive a significant drop rate boost.
Other additions
As displayed in the special program of 2.5 update, players will be able to see The Chasm in the next update which will be divided into the Overworld and Underground region. The Underground region will also consist a new world boss named the Ruin Serpent.
Apart from Chasm, the tailor-made artifacts of Ayato and Xiao are said to appear in the next update which will help the players to get bonus stats of the characters. However, this information is subjected to change.
