Dainsleif might be seen in Genshin Impact 2.6
Within few days of Genshin Impact’s release, MiHoYo had revealed that Dainsleif will be a playable character in later updates, however, not much information was given regarding him. Apparently, Genshin Impact 2.6 leaks have suggested that the character will soon be making a return in the role-playing game.
A lot of characters remain obscure in Genshin Impact. While some of the characters are teased by the developers themselves, some are figured out by the fans through leaks and dialogues of main or side characters. One such side character was Dainsleif who made his first appearance many updates ago. Even though, he appears for a short time, his knowledge regarding the traveler as well as Teyvat was unparalleled. This increased the curiosity of many players who demanded his return in the game.

Dainslief has always been a mysterious character, thanks to the developers, as they have successfully retained all the information regarding this character to arouse suspense in the travelers. His first appearance was seen in the World Quest, Bough Keeper: Dainsleif. Surprisingly, the character also knew about the incident where the traveler lost their sibling. He is one of the few characters such as Kaeya who belongs to the Khaenri’ah region, thus, travelers had a rough idea that Dainsleif is indeed very old which was later confirmed by the character himself. He offered his help to the traveler when a commission to track down the Abyss Herald was given to the traveler, however, he also made it clear that he despises the Abyss Order.
Dainsleif is known as someone who knows a lot regarding the history of Teyvat as well as the traveler’s lost sibling. He might become a crucial character in the game as per Genshin Impact 2.6 leaks when players will be given details regarding the fallen kingdom of Khaenri’ah. Due to his failure in protecting the kingdom, the character will be cursed with immortality which explains him having so much knowledge regarding the open world of Teyvat.
