As players are approaching closer towards a new update, several Genshin Impact 2.6 leaks have started to pour in from data miners providing new information for the upcoming region in Liyue called The Chasm.
The Chasm is an upcoming region in the world of Teyvat that will take players deep to the undergrounds mines which might be even deeper than Enkanomiya which was added in the 2.4 update. This is noe of the primary reasons that players are waiting to embark on a journey to Chasm which will feature a new world boss. However, leaks state that players will be able to see a new Oculus as well.

Genshin Impact 2.6 leaks: The Chasm Oculus
Players have already got a lot of information regarding The Chasm region, thanks to the Genshin Impact 2.6 leaks which have stated that the new region will be divided into an overworld terrain and an underground region that will contain a different entrance. Players can also reach the underground mines through Teleport Waypoints after unlocking them.
Another new information has been brought forward by a popular leaker who goes by the name BLANK who has revealed that a new Oculus named Lumenspar will be available in The Chasm. This adventure item can be found in the underground mines of The Chasm and players might have to defeat a strong enemy in order to obtain this item.
As displayed in the leaked maps of The Chasm, players will see a new Statue of Seven in the region which is likely to based on the Geo element as the area is located close to Liyue. Players can offer Lumenspar to the Statue of Seven in order to upgrade it and receive great reward such as stamina boost.
This item can also be used for levelling up the Lumenstone Adjuvant but the rest of the details such as the number of Oculus present in the region is currently unknown. Players should wait for more Genshin Impact 2.6 leaks if they wish to gather additional information on The Chasm.
The Chasm will also bring a new world boss called the Ruin Serpent which will apparently drop a new Geo item called the Runic Fang. This indicates that Genshin Impact might soon introduce a new Geo character as the previous ones can already be ascended in the game.
