Genshin Impact 2.6 leaks unveil the map of The Chasm

With the beta update of version 2.6 being accessible in some regions, players have to started to obtain Genshin Impact 2.6 leaks in full swing. From Ayato’s kit, gameplay animations to the map of the new area called The Chasm, Travelers of Teyvat can get several information beforehand. This area was previously anticipated to be seen in the 2.7 or later updates since the area was considered to be serving the gateway another nation in Teyvat called Sumeru which will possibly introduce the Dendro element in the game.

Genshin Impact 2.6 leaks reveal The Chasm map
With the opening of Enkanomiya region, Travelers have been delighted to explore a new region and defeat the bosses to obtain the necessary materials for miscellaneous purposes. One such anticipated region is The Chasm whose arrival in the next update was confirmed by MiHoYo. This new area is perhaps going to be filled with artifacts.
Ahead of the developers providing any slight hint regarding the upcoming region, Genshin Impact 2.6 leaks have already disclosed the map with Teleport Waypoints, Domains and Statue of Seven locations thoroughly visible. As of now, players can only take a hint of the area on a surface level.
The two pictures provided by Genshin Impact 2.6 leaks reveal the portion of The Chasm about how it will be displayed in the Teyvat world map. Another picture provides a more clear picture about the terrain and other locations of The Chasm. This area had previously been discussed by some side characters in Liyue.
Kamisato Ayato who is the most coveted character in the game stands near the entrance towards The Chasm. This region apparently was a mining site but the work was closed due to some unknown areas. As of now, Travelers can have access to only a fragment of the area.
Genshin Impact 2.6 leaks have also told us about the new boss that will be seen in this upcoming area. Even though the developers had already revealed the new boss, these leaks provide more details. The new boss will be named Chasmic Serpent and players will be able to see a new event which will require them to defeat this boss.
It is however important to note that it is nowhere mentioned that the Dendro element is appearing anytime soon. Dendro is an element that takes its power from nature, therefore, it is most likely to be released with Sumeru. Genshin Impact 2.6 leaks have not revealed anything regarding the new element.
