Genshin Impact 2.8 banner leaks: The second phase of the 2.7 update is about to commence soon with the rerun banner of Arataki Itto. The upcoming banner is quite special as players will be able to get a new 4-star character Kuki Shinobu from Itto banners. Amdist the official revelation of Kuki, Genshin Impact 2.8 leaks have revealed the upcoming rerun characters.
The 2.8 update named ‘Summer Fantasia’ will feature the Golden Apple Archipelago rerun where Travelers can also obtain special effect skins of Diluc and Fischl. Here are the rerun characters to look forward in the coming patch.

Genshin Impact 2.8 banner leaks: Rerun characters for first phase
The first phase of Genshin Impact 2.8 update ‘Summer Fantasia’ will commence from 13th July after the banner of Itto has been concluded. A reliable leaker in the community of the game who goes by the name Lumie has provided us with the Genshin Impact 2.8 banner leaks where the following characters will be seen.
Klee
Klee is a 5-star Pyro catalyst user. The short heighted character drops Pyro bombs during combat and is extremely helpful against Electro enemies. Although she is one of the main characters for Golden Apple Archipelago Islands, her rerun got confirmed just today. Klee will be available during the first phase and will share the banner along with another 5-star character.
Kazuha
The long anticipated rerun of the Anemo character will be happening on 13th July. One of the most used characters on Spiral Abyss, Kazuha will also be getting his story quest and his signature weapon in the 2.8 update. Players should stock up on their primogems if they want to clear up the Abyss quickly.
As for the new Anemo character Shikanoin Heizou, Lumie has mentioned that he will be seen in the first phase only. As he is a 4-star Anemo character, it was previously assumed that he is going to be featured in Kazuha’s banner. With Genshin Impact 2.8 banner leaks, it is now confirmed that Heizou will be seen in both Kazuha and Klee’s banner.
Genshin Impact 2.8 banner leaks have also mentioned the weapons for the first phase. Players will be able to claim the 5-star catalyst, ‘Lost Prayer to the Sacred Winds’ and the 5-star sword Freedom Sworn. The 4-star weapons in the Epitome Invocation banner are currently unknown.
Genshin Impact 2.8 banner leaks have not mentioned anything about Yoimiya getting a rerun but recently a leaker Uncle Y had confirmed that she will be having her rerun banner on the 2.8 version.
