Genshin Impact 2.8 leaks: Spiral Abyss’ Ruin Serpent apparently got nerfed

According to some new Genshin Impact 2.8 leaks regarding the Spiral Abyss, an enemy which is commonly known as the Ruin Serpent got nerfed in the beta update as its HP was brought down. This implies that players will be able to take down this fearsome enemy with more ease.

Even before the 2.7 update could be released in the game, the beta test of 2.8 update gave way to several leaks regarding the update including the Spiral Abyss. As the beta patch is still going on, the developers are carrying out some minor changes.

Spiral Abyss enemy nerfed, as per Genshin Impact 2.8 leaks

Even though the change depicted by the Genshin Impact 2.8 leaks might be minor, this could lead to a significant change in Traveler’s gameplay. An enemy of high level getting nerfed would compel the players to use their DPS characters accordingly. As per the leak, the HP of Ruin Serpent was changed from 2,218,401 to 1,770,000 HP approximately.

This new leak comes from a Chinese leaker who goes by the name, Uncle Bao. Players can somehow rely on this leak as the same leaker had stated the 2.8 banner schedule suggesting the rerun of Kazuha, Klee and Yoimiya which is now accepted by the community.

Few days ago, the enemy lineup was of the upcoming Spiral Abyss was also revealed by Genshin Impact 2.8 leaks. The leak came from UBatcha, with infographics as it was stated that the Ruin Serpent, a boss introduced in The Chasm underground mines will be available in the second half of Floor 12 Chamber 13.

The number of Ruin Serpents that will be encountered are currently unknown but players should nevertheless, prepare for building some strong characters. Travelers who were able to unlock the underground mines of this new area, are already aware about Ruin Serpent’s gameplay. As a result, they would be able to prepare themselves accordingly.

As this leak has come from a specific leaker only, players might want to consider for some more Genshin Impact 2.8 leaks regarding the Spiral Abyss. Whether other enemies of Floor 11 and 12, the toughest of the Spiral Abyss, would be nerfed or not, would be a thing to look out for.

Genshin Impact 2.8 leaks also stated that enemies like Nobushi, Kairagi and Specters were also nerfed as shown in the beta update. If there is any other changes, made to the enemies, we will try to keep the Travelers updated.
