All upcoming banners in the 3.1 update
The Genshin Impact 3.1 livestream made many surprising announcements and revelations. Fans seem to be satisfied with the upcoming new playable units and rerun banners which turned out to be slightly different than the ones mentioned by leakers.
HoYoverse announced that they will be adding the banners of Venti and Albedo for the upcoming patch which is surprising as players expected the Cryo character Eula to return in the game after a long time.

What are the upcoming Genshin Impact 3.1 banners?
Unlike the previous updates, data miners were unable to figure out the schedule on which the upcoming banners will be added to the game. This was also applicable for the rerun characters as none of the players expected Albedo to return in the game as the 5-star Geo character.
The ‘King Deshret and The Three Magi’ update is going to be released on 28th Septembers. Veteran as well as new players should take a note that the game will turn two on the mentioned date which implies the update to be full of rewards. The first reward comes in the disguise of new and rerun banners.
Here are all the banners on which players can spend their primogems in the Genshin Impact 3.1 update-
First Half
Cyno + Venti
Similar to the ongoing update, players will be able to witness 4 banners in the new patch with the first being the banners of Cyno and Venti (rerun) which releases on 28th September. Cyno is an upcoming Electro polearm user who was the only character that was teased during the Teyvat storyline preview.
On the other hand, Venti is going to be a highly important character for the approaching Monstadt festival during the 3.1 update which makes his rerun an obvious matter. Cyno and Venti’s banner will also bring Candace, a 4-star Hydro character and a close friend of Dehya.

Second Half
Nilou + Albedo
If the Genshin Impact 3.1 banners are released on their scheduled order, then we can expect the 5-star banners of Nilou and Albedo to be released on 14th October which will mark the second half of the ‘King Deshret and the Three Magi’ patch.
Nilou is a new Hydro character belonging to the 5-star unit who uses sword as her weapon. With her unique moves during combat, it can undoubtedly be said that she is going to be a crowd puller. Albedo, on the other hand, hasn’t had his rerun for almost an year now which might compel Geo mains to pull for the character.
