As the 2.6 update has been extended, HoYoverse has informed the Travelers earlier today that Genshin Impact Ayaka banner will rerun again in order to fill the gap between the current update and release of the next patch that is going to bring Yelan and Kuki Shinobu.

The speculations regarding a filler banner after Ayaka banner ends were going viral in the community of Genshin Impact that today, the developers cleared the confusion after extending the existing banner in the game for an indefinite period.

Genshin Impact Ayaka banner rerun extended until further notice

Ayaka is a 5-star Cryo character in Genshin Impact who is often named as one of the best DPS characters to exist in the game. She got her first rerun in the game in the “Zephyr of the Violet Garden” update as this version saw the release of her elder brother, Kamisato Ayato.

Her banner which got released on 19th April in the current update was apparently supposed to leave the game on 10th May but now the developers have announced that Genshin Impact Ayaka banner will again be seen in the Character Event Wish from 19th May. However, a concluding date has not been mentioned in the game as of now.

Genshin Impact Ayaka banner rerun will mark the beginning of the third phase of Genshin Impact 2.6 update. Players will once again get a chance to obtain these 4-star characters on her banner-

Not only this, players will also get a chance to obtain free primogems with the help of Ayaka’s character trial event. Trial events are release whenever a 5-star banner appears in the game. Players can get primogems, ascension materials, Mora and other rewards once they successfully test a character.

Players should note that along with the Genshin Impact Ayaka banner, the “Epitome Invocation” banner featuring The Unforged and Mistsplitter Reforged will also be extended. As the end date has not been provided for either of these banners, players should wait for further announcements from the developers.
