Players should check out the elemental reactions and prepare their characters accordingly to pair up with Dendro characters.

Dendro element is associated with the Sumeru nation which is apparently going to be unlocked in the 3.0 update. Sumeru will be the fourth nation to be available in the game whose release is awaited as players will be able to uncover the secrets of the Dendro element and interact with the characters holding the vision.

Genshin Impact leaks provided by a reliable leaker named Lumie displays a video from beta testing. Even though the element reactions are in development, players can see the recently revealed information on Dendro reactions i.e. Intensified and Overgrown.

  • Intensified- When Dendro reacts with Electro, damage to the affected enemy is increased for 7 seconds and an electro particle is dropped
  • Overgrown- When Hydro is applied to Dendro, mushroom seeds will drop and explode that will provide AoE Dendro DMG

In this leaked video, players can see how Raiden Shogun is attacking a hilichurl affected by the Dendro element. Players will see the Intensified reaction, however, the electro particle is absent right now. From this video, it can only be concluded that when Electro and Dendro are combined together, the damage provided is very high.

The Cryo element applied by Ayaka does not seem to be of much use against the hilichurl. However, players can apply Cryo, Electro and Dendro simultaneously for a significant amount of damage. On the other hand, when Xingqiu provides the Hydro application, a crystallized Electro shard drops which might be the model for mushroom seeds.
