Genshin Impact Dendro element leaks

Dendro is one of the six elements of Teyvat whose characters are yet to be introduced or playable but fortunately we’re getting a lot of Genshin Impact leaks surrounding the element including its reactions with other known elements in the game.

The 2.7 special program was highly anticipated as players thought of getting bits and pieces of information regarding Sumeru which lies close to The Chasm. As the Traveler will once again set for a new quest in the deep mines, the wait for Sumeru and its element is growing more and more.

It is likely that the 2.8 update will be the last patch that focuses on Inazuma, the Electro nation as we don’t have any details regarding the 2.9 update as of now. This implies that Sumeru’s arrival can be expected within a couple of months. Genshin Impact leaks have been constantly providing us information on Sumeru’s Archon as well as associated element.

A latest leak from Genshin Intel Twitter handle has given some crucial details on ‘Intensified’, a reaction which is triggered when the Dendro element and Electro are applied together. According to the newly stated information, when these elements react together-

"When one element (either Dendro or Electro) triggers Intensified on a target, the other element gains increased Base Damage against the target for the next 7s."

The base damage increases from “LevelMultiplier × [1+(5 × EM)/(EM + 1200)]”, it has also been mentioned in the latest Genshin Impact leaks that the increased base damage for Electro and Dendro can co exist in a battle. Players will only be able to get a clearer version of these Dendro reactions when they’re animated in the 3.0 update.

Some of the previous Genshin Impact leaks had displayed the Dendro reactions but it wasn’t fully developed back then. As of now, the existing Dendro reaction occurs with Pyro as some Dendro mages and slimes can be find hopping around Teyvat occasionally. Once the 3.0 update beta commences, players can be assured of getting more information on Dendro reactions.

Dendro works best with Electro and Hydro providing damage to both the enemies as well as the active character. As a result, it would be intriguing to see how Dendro characters apply damage to the opponents.
