Candace in Genshin Impact (Possible appearance)
A total of fifteen new characters names were taken when Genshin Impact leaks on Sumeru were present on its initial stage. One of those names was Candace which has again popped up during the beta applications of the 3.1 update.
HoYoverse has been teasing multiple aspects of Sumeru and each teaser is blowing the mind of the fans. Starting from the revelation of Dendro element to characters residing in the desert nation, players have been ardently waiting to get their hands on these new characters and set sail for this new nation.

Candace’s close appearance shown by Genshin Impact leaks
Fan arts are quite popular in Genshin Impact with the developers themselves appreciating the best in lot. While fan arts are mostly created for playable characters, some of the players are also able to create a character’s art through the fragments of description provided by Genshin Impact leaks.
One such art of Candace is going viral in the community due to its acute closeness with the real design of the character. For those who are unaware about Candace, she is an upcoming character from Sumeru that is going to be released in the 3.1 update along with Nilou and Cyno.
Genshin Impact leaks claim that Candace is a 4-star Hydro character with an unknown weapon but as the update is quite far away, players should take this information lightly. The fan art has been approved a prominent leaker in the community who have previously mentioned fan arts that are quite relatable to the real design.
The shown fan art has been given a rate of 9/10 which is the highest for any character that is yet to be revealed by the data miners. Fans might find that Candace has quite a close appearance with Lisa, a 4-star playable character using the Electro element in the game who is also a scholar from the Sumeru Akademiya.
Some slight details will be changed on the fan art such as the following-
- Hydro vision on right hand
- No make-up on her face
- A fabric with Dendro pattern covered her left arm similar to Kazuha
Her gameplay style is yet to be informed by Genshin Impact leaks but players should be assured of getting it soon as the gameplay kit of Cyno and Nilou, the 5-star Hydro characters were revealed a couple of days ago. Aside from that, there are rumors that she is going to be released in the banner of Nilou, therefore she can be considered a good Hydro support.
As the official art of Candace or Kandake is still not available, players should take this art with a grain of salt. The art, even though has some great similarities with the original one, but there could slight modifications.
