The Sumeru update has brought the third rerun of Genshin Impact Lost Riches event. Earlier today, the developers announced the release date of this event as 3.0 update’s major event called ‘Graven Innocence’ is entering its second phase and bringing the Travelers, one step ahead to claim the Dendro character, Collei.

The 3.0 update got released late in August and finally made the Dendro characters as playable units in the game. It has also gave players the access to the fourth nation of Teyvat which comprises of endless creatures and enemies.

While the ongoing Graven Innocence event that takes the players to explore different areas of Sumeru will continue till the end of this version, the Genshin Impact Lost Riches event will commence from 2nd September and pull its curtains on 19th September, a few days before the version is concluded.

The Lost Riches event in Genshin Impact is quite entertaining as well as rewarding as players get to explore and dig different areas to claim treasures. While it is true that they have to defeat enemies on the course, the rewards provided in this event and the accompanying seelie makes it worthwhile.

For participating in the Genshin Impact Lost Riches event of 3.0 update, players will have to enter the Sumeru nation first. In addition to that, they must be Adventure Rank 20 or above for taking part in this event. As they enter Sumeru, they will meet NPC named Ulman who will provide a map and mark the treasure areas on six days each.

A ‘Treasure seeking seelie’ will accompany the players in their journey and will indicate to the Travelers when they are near any treasure chest. Travelers should dig the area, defeat any Treasure hoarders lurking around that area and claim the ‘Iron Coins’ which can be redeemed for great rewards.

How to obtain the seelie for free?

The mini seelie is the free pet that can be obtained from the Genshin Impact Lost Riches event. Players have to exchange the required number of coins in order to exchange the seelie which can be later equipped from the gadget section of the game. Due to the addition of Dendro element, players can even claim a ‘green seelie’ this time.

Apart from the seelie reward, players will get the occasional primogems from the event. If all the challenges are completed on a daily basis, players can claim up to 420 primogems.
