There have been multiple leaks going viral in the community that highlight small details about the upcoming nation in the game but players are now more engaged in admiring the imaginative art work brought by player that displays a character from Sumeru.

It can be undoubtedly said that the characters hailing from Sumeru in Genshin Impact will have a unique appearance as well as powers. Active players of the game were quick to collect pieces of information from The Chasm on the nation that is likely to get released in the 3.0 update.
As of now there has been no accurate leaks on Sumeru but from the lore as well as from the voice lines of Dainsleif that Sumeru is surrounded with deserts and rainforests. Several leaked models depicted a giant tree standing tall in the nation which might be true as Sumeru is associated with the Dendro element that is linked to nature.
Even though Sumeru models have entertained the fans time and again, it would be quite splendid to see a possible Sumeru character model. Surprisingly, a player created a concept art for characters hailing from the nation. From the appearance of this fan art, the character looks hailing from the Mediterranean or South Asian region.
This region is apparently the model inspiration from Sumeru. Another interesting feature to look at this recent concept art are the curved swords which are the weapons used by ancient people residing in South Asia. The element of Sumeru characters is likely to be Dendro which is yet to be released in the game with the exception of some other elements.
It is important to note that this fan art is just an imaginative design and the real characters might be quite different in Genshin Impact. Players have already started suspecting Baizhu and YaoYao to be Dendro characters but nothing can be confirmed considering the Sumeru patch is still many months away.
