Genshin Impact Chasm
Genshin Impact has released the third volume of The Liyue Diaries. Players are overwhelmed by the series of Chasm information being given continuously by the developers. In today’s announcement, HoYoverse revealed the enemies and creatures that players will encounter in the deep mines of The Chasm.
As players can observe through the series of gameplay mechanics being revealed by the developers, The Chasm which is an upcoming area near Liyue is going to be quite fun to explore for the players. The area not only adds a whole new area of underground mines but also brings some deadly foes which we are going to talk about in this article.

Genshin Impact reveals Chasm enemies
1) Ruin Serpent
As revealed in the 2.5 special program itself, players will find Ruin Serpent as the first enemy in The Chasm of Genshin Impact. This enemy is quite large in size and can create Oozing Concentrations while in combat. In addition to that, it will try to draw power from the concentrations to unleash powerful attacks.
Blooming Light from the Lumenstone Adjuvant gadget can be used to destroy the Oozing Concentrations, and drain out the driving force of the Ruin Serpent.
2) Black Serpent Knight: Windcutter
The second enemy of The Chasm is the Black Serpent Knight. This enemy was revealed through the leaks given by data miners, moreover, it looks quite similar to the Shadowy Husks that were released in the 2.5 update. Their mechanism also works quite similar to the Husks as when this enemy will hit a character with shield, it will gain buffs based on its HP.
3) Floating Hydro Fungus
This enemy looks similar to a slime and was not revealed through the leaks. It was not mentioned whether the fungus is an enemy or a creature, although, from its description that it has an extreme adaptability skill, it seems like players might have a tough time dealing with this annoying enemy.
4) Bluethunder Weasel
The description of Bluethunder Weasel reveals that players can capture this animal using the a new gadget. It is a weasel that lives underground within the mining tunnels and depths of The Chasm. This looks more like a creature rather than an enemy.
5) Lucklight Fly
This creature can also be captured with the gadget named Omni-Ubuiquity Net. Players will find this creature very beneficial while they explore the dark mines of The Chasm in Genshin Impact as the name suggests that this creature will provide light to the direction it goes.
6) Starshoom
The last object in Genshin Impact Chasm is the Starshoom. This can be used to restore the HP of a certain character, although it is important to note that this fungus shaped object will only become a healer when the centre of the cap splits open.
