Shikanoin Heizou was first referred to by her distant cousin Kano Nana who is a priestess in the Grand Narukami Shrine. He is the detective for the Tenryou commission with a free-spirited and lively attitude. Kamisato Ayato, the recently released Hydro character also sang praises for him admiring his wit and insight.

Genshin Impact Shikanoin Heizou is apparently going to be an Anemo character which was confirmed today but his rarity is more inclined towards being a 4-star as there are high chances of a Kazuha rerun banner in the 2.8 update. From his official banner, Genshin Impact Shikanoin Heizou seems to be a sword user, if one looks closely, he is carrying a weapon named ‘jitte’ which was used by the Japanese police during the Edo period. Since he is a detective, the developers are trying to make him look like one as well.
