MiHoYo has announced a surprise for the streamers of their role playing game. After rolling out the 2.5 update, the developers have revealed Genshin Impact Twitch Livestream Event. This article explains the process of registration, completing missions and earning free primogems.
Genshin Impact announces fun events time and again for players as well as streamers. As the game has become an abode of popular streamers, MiHoYo also brings some events for the streamers to let them earn free primogems simultaneously entertaining their fans. The Genshin Impact Twitch Livestream Event was announced in their Twitter handle and here we look at the details of the event.

Genshin Impact Twitch Livestream Event
Streamers will be required to register themselves for the event and complete the missions given in the event. Streamers also need to live stream their game play on Twitch while completing the main mission and challenges. Players can register for the event here.
- Registration Period: January 6 – January 10
- Event Duration: January 6 – January 26
- Submission Finalization: January 28
Streamers need to live stream their Genshin Impact game play for at least a total of 15 hours in order to get 500 primogems for free. However, additional rewards will be given as well based on the number of followers.
For streamers with 500 followers or less
The main reward is limited to 1800 streamers. In addition to that, for every 50 new followers who join during the event, streamers will receive an additional reward of 100-200 primogems (limited to 180 streamers).
For streamers with 500-3,000 followers
For every 100 new followers gained during the event, streamers will receive an additional reward of 100-400 primogems (limited to 200 streamers). Whereas the main mission is limited to 2000 streamers.
For streamers with more than 3,000 followers
For every 200 new followers gained, streamers will receive an additional reward of 100-400 Primogems (limited to 20 streamers). The main mission is limited to 200 streamers only.
The developers have also kept an additional challenge for the registered streamers. 800 primogems will be offered to the those streamers under Genshin Impact Twitch Livestream Event who are able to conquer Floor 12 of the Spiral Abyss with the shortest challenging time.
