New web event in Genshin Impact
With the ongoing Golden Apple Archipelago events and quests, HoYoverse has announced a new Genshin Impact web event that has been named as ‘Mesmerizing Dream at Sea’. This event can be completed within 4 days and provides 80 primogems for free to the players.
Web events are quite popular in this role playing game as it provides an additional chance to the players to obtain free primogems. F2P players should not miss their chance of claiming the rewards as this article presents a guide to this web event.

New Genshin Impact web event gives 80 primogems
The ‘Mesmerizing Dream at Sea’ web event is the second web event for the 2.8 update. This Genshin Impact web event is based upon the ongoing Golden Apple Archipelago quest where players are currently exploring the domains of Fischl, Xinyan, Mona and Kazuha which have already been unlocked in the game.
The event has commenced from today and will be available till 31st July, two days before the second phase of the ‘Summer Fantasia’ update begins. For participating, players should click on this link that will take them to a new window. Before beginning, players should make sure to hold Adventure Rank 32 or above.
After logging into this Genshin Impact web event, players will meet Paimon who will give some introduction as to your main task in this event. Click on ‘Enter the Dream’ option followed by the first island. Players will then be required to complete the tasks that can provide them with inspiration. These are the tasks for Day 1-
- Log in to the game daily
- Complete two daily commissions
- Catch Anemo/ Geo/ Cryo or Electro crystal flies once
After completing these tasks, players have to answer 3 different questions daily. The answers for the first day of this event are-
- It is an island with lots of Dodocos
- The Kaboomball Fortress
- A flying treasure chest
Even if players answer the questions wrong, they would be provided with another chance of answering the questions but players will have to provide a ‘snack’ to Paimon. The snacks can be provided by completing some other missions in the game such as Spending Mora or Realm Currency.
After completing the Genshin Impact web event for Day 1, players can claim 20 primogems and 30,000 Mora which will be sent to their in-game mail. The following days will follow the same procedure mentioned above , therefore, players should remember to come back to claim the rest of the rewards in this event.
