Genshin Impact 2.7 update Phase 2

The second phase of “Hidden Dreams in the Depths” in Genshin Impact update will be commencing shortly and amidst that, the developers have announced the character banner, weapon banner and events scheduled for the second phase which begins on 21st June. Players should be ready to get some more primogems from the upcoming events.

Players are currently enjoying the central event of this update i.e. Perilous Trail which gave us some good memories of the 5 Yakshas. The rhythm event of Itto has also begun and here the upcoming events with their release dates.

Genshin Impact 2.7 update Phase 2 events

The second phase will be start from 21st June and will be available till 12th July. This implies that the next patch will be available from 13th July, as previously informed by the developers. Here is what players should look forward to-

Character Event Wish

Itto rerun banner

The third character event wish for this update will be the rerun banner of Arataki Itto. The banner has been announced officially and the 4-star characters on Itto’s rerun banner will be Kuki Shinobu, a new 4-star Electro healer, Gorou and Chongyun. While Gorou is an excellent Geo support, Chongyun is a Cryo character.

Epitome invocation

The weapon for the Genshin Impact 2.7 second phase is bringing the signature claymore for Arataki Itto. The 5-star weapons in the banner are gong to be Redhorn Stonethresher (Claymore) and Memory of Dust (Catalyst). The 4-star weapons on the other hand, are Lithic Blade (Claymore), Lion’s Roar (Sword), Dragon’s Bane (Polearm), Sacrificial Fragments (Catalyst) and Stringless (bow).

A Muddy Bizarre Adventure

A new event that is going to take place in The Chasm will be beginning from 22nd June and conclude on 4th July. Players will require Adventure Rank 28 or above to have access to the event and complete some pre-requisite world quests. Players will meet a researcher from Sumeru and help him to clean the mines.

Core of the Apparatus Event

A fun event that will require players to reach Adventure Rank 30 in Genshin Impact and complete the quest, ‘Ritou Escape Plan’. Bertrand, a mechanical toymaker from Fontaine will visit Inazuma. Players will be required to gather materials, build test products to obtain redemption vouchers.

Apart from these events, Genshin Impact 2.7 update Phase 2 will release a permanent hangout quest for Kuki Shinobu. Players can also take part in the Ley Line Blossom Event which will double their rewards thrice in a day.
