Genshin Impact Chasm is getting a release in the 2.6 update with a lot of new content for the players. Chasm will be an expansion to the existing territory of Liyue in Teyvat. This place was only referred in the voice lines of different characters and most of the players wondered about the underground mines of The Chasm. As Genshin Impact has already revealed several details about the upcoming region, players are looking forward to the next update.

1) New Archon Quest

Dainsleif is returning in the 2.6 update and as he is famous for being a mysterious as well as knowledgeable character, players will gladly look forward to the Requiems of the Echoing Depths as it will help them to know more about the Chasm region when they accompany Dainsleif in this region.

2) New artifacts

Genshin Impact Chasm will add two new artifacts for the characters namely Vermillion Hereafter and Echoes of an Offering which will be tailor-made for Xiao and Ayato respectively. These artifacts could be found in the depths of Chasm as players will be able to enter the underground region.

3) New enemies

A lot of new enemies that look quite formidable are waiting for the Travelers to arrive. Apart from the deadly Ruin Serpent, players will see another enemy named Ruin Cutter and some creatures that might drain the HP of the character. Even though the enemies sound scary, exploring them is going to be worth it.

4) New mechanism

As revealed in the Liyue Diaries, a lot of new additions will be seen in the Genshin Impact Chasm. Players will be able to see moving plates, Lucklights to guide them through the darkness and the annoying oozing concretions that need to be destroyed. All in all, these mechanisms will make Chasm interesting to play.

5) More primogems

Lastly, Genshin Impact Chasm will provide opportunities to the players for claiming more primogems as it will bring several daily commissions, quests for the players where they can claim primogems. With more primogems, players can have an increased chance for pulling either Ayato or Venti.
