Why Genshin Impact Kazuha rerun seems likely in the 2.8 update?

The entire community of Travelers in Genshin Impact is waiting for only one thing and that is the Genshin Impact Kazuha rerun banner as the 5-star Anemo character has not been seen in the banner for almost an year. The fact that he is one of the most picked character especially for the challenging domains like Spiral Abyss, players who were not able to get hold of him in the 1.6 update are desperately waiting for the developers to announce his rerun banner.

Kazuha is one of those rare characters that Travelers realized its worth in later updates. When the Anemo character got released, players termed him as the 5-star Sucrose and many chose to avoid him. Kazuha has not got a rerun in the game since 14 banners including the recently released Ayaka banner in the second phase of 2.6 update. The 2.8 update of the game can also bring Shikanoin Heizou whose element was said to be Anemo. As of now, leaks indicate that is going to be a 4-star character which implies that if he indeed gets a release in the last update before Sumeru he will be seen in the Genshin Impact Kazuha rerun banner. Other possible characters who might get a rerun banner in 2.8 patch are-
