Rockstar Games brings a survey that probably hints on upcoming GTA 6 features

Select few GTA Online players have received an online player survey that hints towards the new features that might be added in GTA 6. GTA 6 has been under development since February 2022, and now the player surveys have finally started to come out. GTA+ players are receiving an email asking the players to fill out a GTA online survey.

GTA+ is an exclusive membership program for GTA Online on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, meaning only a few players will be getting the opportunity to participate in the survey.

Rockstar Games has earlier sent more online surveys to usual GTA 5 players and those who participate in these would get in-game rewards. These players would receive $500,000 in the game as a reward for completion.

GTA Online survey hints at fast travel and access to classic Rockstar Games in GTA 6

Reputed GTA leaker Tez2 took to Twitter to highlight the two features that could probably come in GTA 6. The tweet mentions that the survey asked the players to pick between new features which might get included in the new GTA game. These features are:

  • Instant fast travel around the map.
  • Free access to classic Rockstar games.

This survey is probably to create statistical reports as to what features will the player like to have in GTA 6.

The players, however, had conflicting views regarding the options offered. Players would not want an instant fast travel option because they can do so by using a glitch. This fast travel is a bit different, as the players who filled the survey claimed that it will have the ability to instant fast travel around Los Santos and Blaine Country for free. It is assumed that fast travel will not be instant teleportation rather players will choose a location and go through a loading screen before teleporting. Players can also use the taxi for instant travel only if they are okay with paying the rent.

The instant travel feature might be misused by players like running away from sniping battles or using it to kill players. The tweet mentions that the feature will be exclusive to players who buy subscriptions. Rockstar has been working towards improving its paid service features, so it is worth seeing how this new feature is received by the community.
