Hogwarts Legacy offers tonnes of adventure and quests. Like most RPGs, there are two types of quests in Hogwarts Legacy: the main quest and the side quest. You have to complete the main quest to progress in the game. However, side quests depend on your choice. Ghost of Our Love is among the many side quests you will encounter in Hogwarts Legacy.

The quest is easy and can be completed in no time. However, it requires you to go to a particular location. Since Hogwarts Legacy is set in the Wizarding World created by J.K. Rowling, it’s pretty vast. If you don’t know your track then it is quite easy to get lost out in the woods or any other area. The fact that this quest’s starting point varies depending on which house you choose makes it one of Hogwarts Legacy’s most distinctive Side Quests.

You have to progress to the main quest to Ollivander’s Heirloom to make this trigger this side quest. You need to head to Hogsmeade. Then, go to the wandmaker who will instruct players to find a stolen wand. Wandmaker will guide you to the Owlery to look for a puzzle to track the thief. You will find the map on the left side of the tower floor. It will trigger the side quest. The map contains 4 clues:

  • The Forbidden Forest entrance is in the top right corner.
  • A Forest with a crescent moon in the top left corner.
  • A Wand in the middle.
  • A Bridge at the bottom of the map.

All these clues indicate that you need to go to the Forbidden Forest and that too at night. You should then take a closer look at the stone bridge that is close to the Forbidden Forest Floo Flame, which is around midway between Hogwarts and Hogsmeade. There cast the Lumos spell. You will see three floating candles after casting the spell. You have to follow them into the Forbidden Forest. It will take you to a place filled with candles and a couple’s table. After a few moments, a chest will appear. This chest contains an outfit.

You will get 400 Galleons and 180 XP for completing the Ghost of Our Love side quest in Hogwarts Legacy. you can resume the main quest straight away because you are also currently quite close to Jackdaw’s tomb.
