How to get the Sinsimito Shirt for free in GTA V

Heists have been a very integral part of Grand Theft Auto 5 for a long time. ‘Heists update’ was a huge addition to GTA Online, which included heists like prison break, the Fleeca job, Pacific Standard etc. After this, Rockstar took a step forward, introducing huge DLCs revolving around one big heist, like the Doomsday heist, the Casino heist, and arguably the biggest and most interesting heist of them all, the Cayo Perico heist, which they released in December 2020.

The heist was bigger than any other, as it captured the essence of the open world genre, where the players could either use a planned approach, or just go in as they wished. It was also the first heist which players could do by themselves, and the only one which featured a location not included in GTA online’s map.

Rockstar has just announced an update, wherein they are giving away the Sinsimito Cuban shirt for free for escaping the compound in the Cayo Perico heist finale. As an added bonus, strickler’s hat can also be claimed and added to your wardrobe, although the players need to infiltrate the island using ‘Velum’ the airplane as their vehicle. Given how interesting the Cayo Perico heist is, all players have undoubtedly played it more than once, thus urging Rockstar to add an update and gift in this particular heist.

Although Rockstar is releasing these minor updates for its already existing heists, races, jobs etc, the community is not quite happy with it. The gaming company still hasn’t given any updates about the DLC allegedly coming in December, nor has any light been shed on the development of GTA 6.

Players and streamers are tired of speculating what might or might not come in the new game, although some people do believe the game would be released on GTA V’s 10 year anniversary in 2023. But, as mentioned, these are just speculations, with no real update from Rockstar Games itself.
