After the Fortnite x Metal Gear Solid collaboration and Family Guy crossover, Epic Games released another crossover into their game in a mid-season Chapter 5 Season 1 update. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles have officially entered the popular battle royale. The event comes with unique skins, such as the TMNT Shredder Skin in Fortnite.
The crossover is accompanied by a special battle pass, new items, special April O’Neil quests that players can complete to earn XP, and brand-new cross-over cosmetics. The game introduces these cosmetics as a special TMNT Cowabunga Battle pass.

The TMNT Cowabunga Battle Pass is a limited-time TMNT-themed event pass in Fortnite. Unlike the average battle pass, it cannot be completed by simply playing the game. Completing the regular battle pass quests does not progress the Cowagunga battle pass.
The TMNT-themed battle pass is completed by acquiring Ooze, which levels up the special battle pass. Ooze is acquired by completing quests under the ‘Splinter Assignment: The Ooze War’ tab. Collecting more Ooze will allow you to unlock unique Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cosmetics. This includes the TMNT Shredder Skin in Fortnite.
Play as the Turtles’ iconic enemy with the TMNT Shredder Skin in Fortnite
The Shredder is the most iconic Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles villain. The leader of the Foot clan is constantly after the Master Splinter and his pupils. Epic Games has now introduced the iconic villain to Fortnite with a particular TMNT Shredder skin. The skin also has a unique Super Shredder style.

To unlock the TMNT Shredder Skin in Fortnite, you must purchase the premium version of the TMNT Cowabunga battle pass. Collecting 11,000 ooze will level up the battle pass enough to reach the tier at which you unlock the TMNT Shredder Skin. After doing so, the skin will appear in your inventory. From there, you can equip and use the skin in your games.
