The Modern Warfare 2 lobby screen will display your Operator fully equipped, the other members of your team, and their individual loadouts as soon as you enter the multiplayer room. At least, that is what it is meant to be demonstrated.

This specific feature has reportedly not been functioning properly, which is not a significant concern because it has no impact on gameplay. An image of the Modern Warfare 2 lobby screen with all the Operators carrying the same golden chrome gun was submitted online by a player over on Reddit.

All with my gun?” It appears that the problem is rather sporadic, and you never know what can appear on the next lobby screen.
