Ludwig brings Subathon 2.0 but ‘subscribers’ is not his only goal this time
Ludwig Subathon 2.0
The streaming category that made Ludwig Ahgren what he is today is back with its second iteration. The streamer announced on his Twitter handle earlier today to inform his fans about ‘Subathon 2.0’ which will be presented this time in front of a live audience.
The streaming marathon or what is popularly known as ‘subathon’ will be hosted at DreamHack Atlanta for over 50 hours. Fans can catch his livestream from November 18th and expect him to be on screen till November 20th. While the streamer has only provided the details of the show’s date and venue, DreamHack’s official website has more to offer.
The website describes Ludwig’s Subathon 2.0 as a show where the streamer will be locked in a windowed room for 50 hours and stream to his live audience. “Locked away like a caged animal and you at home can come see and walk around his box live from DreamHack Atlanta while he streams from home for the World to see,” wrote the official website.
What is more interesting this time is that subscribers won’t be the only priority this time as the Mogul Man wishes to raise funds for charity- Alveus Sanctuary and No Kids Hungry. While Ludwig’s plan is to raise over $100,000 USD, he can certainly pull in more considering his immense fanbase across the world.

Ludwig to host Subathon 2.0 in front of a live audience
DreamHack Atlanta is knocking at our doors with cosplayers, streamers and eSports players looking forward to have as well as provide a gala time to their audience. One of the major attractions at this convention will be the 27-year-old streamer Ludwig Ahgren who recently hosted his Smash tournament with MrBeast’s assistance.
The initial Subathon idea by the streamer was a major hit on Twitch and it of course led to the exponential popularity of the streamer. His streaming streak ended after 31 days with a lot of exhaustion from the streamer’s side but on the flip side, he woke up to new subscribers every day, making him the most subscribed Twitch streamer at that time.
Even though this Subathon helped him grow as a Twitch streamer, he turned heads with his plans to move on YouTube which led to questions whether another Subathon will be seen or not. When he announced his creative agency ‘Offbrand’, these questions escalated as the streamer threw a subtle hint on streaming less.
But that does not seem to be the case anymore as he is back with his streaming marathon, this time for over 50 hours but in front of a live audience. At the previous non-stop streaming session, fans found him engaging in a different set of activities but this time, it would be intriguing to see what the streamer has in store for his live audience.
Streamers and fans react to Ludwig’s announcement
Imane ‘Pokimane‘ Anys had a quirky reaction to the streamer’s upcoming Subathon whereas his fans started posting his iconic ‘sturdy’ dance moves to express their excitement. However, not all fans were equally excited as a Twitter user wrote that there’s nothing left in the subathon format but he still will be looking forward to his show.
