Minor Fixes in Valorant Patch 4.02, but No Agent Updates

Riot has released Valorant Patch 4.02, which generally makes gamers apprehensive because of any character or weapon nerfing, but don’t worry, there aren’t any major game-changing changes to notice.
With a substantial improvement in detecting AFK behaviour among players, the next update patch concentrates on relatively minor concerns connected to the game’s functionality and cosmetics.

Updates on Performance

The latency of the ‘Windowed Fullscreen’ mode has been improved to match that of the ‘Fullscreen Exclusive’ option. Using in-game overlays will not cause any problems for you. However, if you have other windows open on top of the gaming window, these advantages will be lost.
Agent fixes

After dying and being revived by Sage, Killjoy was unable to recover her Alarmbot or Turret. KJ mains can now breathe a sigh of relief because the problem has been rectified.
Social updates

Riot has changed their AFK detection behaviour in order to better track non-participating players and provide a better user experience. If other players are interfering with your Agent selection process, you can right-click on their profile and report them for their unsportsmanlike actions, according to Riot.
Cosmetic fixes

During the second examine animation on the Bulldog weapon, there was a problem where the pulsing FX around the Spectrum Z logo appeared adjacent to the trigger. This has been corrected now.
Other Concerns

Riot also noted a known issue that occurs during esports events, in which Observer followers are unable to view or track the Projectile Follow when Valorant Agents use their abilities. This problem is still being worked on, and they are seeking for a solution. However, it was not possible to address it with this patch. Perhaps this will be addressed in the next patch.
