IShowSpeed is a popular streamer with over 20 million subscribers on his YouTube channel. His recent trip to India has made quite the waves. He traveled to India to see his favorite, Virat Kohli, play in the Cricket World Cup against Pakistan on October 14th. His trip was quite eventful as Speed met Indian pop star Daler Mehndi and BCCI secretary Jay Shah. Speed is trending on Twitter once again. However, this time, it is not for something as controversial as it usually is.

Recently, a new video of Speed from his tour from India is going viral on the internet. The video starts with IShowSpeed holding a pile of cash. He said, “I want to give it to a family who needs some money. I’m going to give it to them. Hopefully, it makes their day. Hopefully, they feed their kids. I really love India. It has opened my eyes to a lot of sh*t.”

IShowSpeed gives Indian mother thousands of rupees

Speed hands the pile of cash to the mother, insisting that she take the money as he wants to give the cash to her. The mother smiled with a wide grin and immediately covered her face as she broke down into tears. IShowSpeed consoled her and asked her not to cry. The mother then told Speed that she doesn’t even have a husband, but Speed does not understand her due to the language barrier.

The stack of cash in Speed’s hand is enormous. It is unclear exactly how much money he is holding in his hands. Speed says in the video, “I’m giving away a couple thousand rupees. I don’t know how much this is, but this is a lot of money. It is a lot of rupees.”

The video then transitions to Speed standing in front of a boy and a small girl on the streets. He asks the kids their names and how they are doing. Speed continues to tell them that he loves them and asks the kids where their mother is. The kids call their mother in the frame. IShowSpeed tells the mother, “You probably don’t understand English. You probably don’t understand me. I love you, and I appreciate you, seriously, for raising these kids.”

While bidding farewell, Speed hugs all the kids as he proceeds to get into his car. The kids thank him for his generosity as he drives off. While Speed was heartbroken that Virat departed early, his trip was still a success after making a positive impact on others’ lives. The internet community has exploded as they show their appreciation for speed. While Speed is generally involved in some controversy, Twitter users acknowledge that he is a streamer who isn’t selfish and genuinely wants to help people.
