Nate Diaz sidelines Jake Paul fight with aims now set on Logan Paul

Despite reports that Jake Paul was in talks to fight Nate Diaz, the objective appears to have shifted, as the MMA legend has now vowed to “beat” Logan Paul instead.

The Paul siblings and the Diaz siblings have been teasing a combat sports showdown for months at this point. What started as reports of a “brother against. brother” match quickly turned into an alleged agreement for a Jake vs. Nate boxing PPV. However, nothing has come to fruition. The YouTube celebrities and MMA legends have cooperated closely paths since these early rumblings.

There’s been a “purpose” for these teasers throughout the past several months, according to Logan Paul’s sibling, whether it’s faceoffs at numerous open sessions or Nate exiting Jake’s latest fight early. It could all be leading up to a clash in the future.

While previous comments tied Jake to the Nate brawl, the focus may have shifted. After hearing certain comments on The MMA Hour, the UFC veteran may be contemplating a boxing match against Logan instead.

When Logan paul was asked who he would like to see Jake battle next, he mentioned two people. He told Ariel Helwani, “I’d love to see him face Nate Diaz and then Conor McGregor.” “I think that would be a fantastic fight.”

The Paul brothers have called out McGregor several times recently, and this is the first occasion Diaz has been pulled back into the picture since 2021.

This approach, of course, did not sit well with the Stockton legend. Rather than addressing the lengthy feud between Jake and Diaz, Diaz focused on Logan.

Obviously, given his current deal with the UFC, this is all just chatter for the time being, but it’s evident Diaz is still anxious to hurl his signature slap either at Paul’s sibling. While Jake questioned whether Nate’s words were “sus,” Logan has yet to respond to the rekindled feud.
