NRG signs Ethan to their Valorant Roster: NRG Ethan Ready to Dominate the VCT Challengers 2 Open Qualifiers

Just before VCT Challengers 2 Open Qualifiers, Ethan made a choice and joined the NRG Valorant roster. Ethan was one of the better players in the former 100 Thieves roster and fans are expecting the same outcomes from NRG Ethan.
NRG signs Ethan to their Valorant Roster
It took the Valorant community by surprise when the new 100 Thieves roster was announced and Ethan was not on that roster. Ethan was one of the better active players in the former 100 Thieves roster and one of the key binders of the team.
100 Thieves CEO and co-founder Nadeshot confirmed that they wanted Ethan but he made the decision to part away with the team. According to him, Ethan’s vision and the team’s vision did not really match anymore.

NRG is one of the biggest orgs in esports right now but their Valorant roster never really found any real success, with the addition of Ethan they’re trying to change that. Previously, Ethan was a part of NRG’s CS: GO roster and now he joins back the org in a different title.
Last season, Ethan made it to the international stage of VCT once but this season they fell far short of reaching playoffs with a 1–4 record. After that, he parted ways with 100 Thieves and joined NRG for VCT Challengers 2 Open Qualifiers.
NRG Valorant Roster with NRG Ethan
Ethan will be replacing ANDROID in the NRG roster. ANDROID is “I will no longer be playing for NRG as I have been moved to the bench. Pretty devastated from this but I understand their decision. I wish nothing but the best to all of the guys at NRG— I genuinely hope they kill it in vct as they’ve all been W teammates since day one” he then added, “As for me, I will never give up my dream of becoming the player I know I can be. I will use this time to self-reflect, fix my mental blocks and come back to the scene. Appreciate all of you guys, see you soon.”
The current active NRG roster consists of:

- Daniel “eeiu” Vucenovic
- Ian “tex” Botsch
- James “hazed” Cobb
- Ethan “Ethan” Arnold
