Twitch streamer ExtraEmily got into trouble during an IRL stream where she was kayaking in a skate park. Some concerned citizens had called the cops on her after witnessing the streamer’s act.
Emily “ExtraEmily” Zhang is a 25-year-old American streamer who rose in fame due to her In-Real Life (IRL) streams on Twitch. She has quickly risen in popularity in the English-speaking community amassing a following of 173K on Twitch and almost 29.8K on YouTube. The 25-year-old streamer was recently signed by One True King(OTK). The Mizkif-owned organization signed ExtraEmily on 31st January, 2023, leaving fans and fellow streamers excited to see what the future holds for her at OTK.
The OTK streamer has done various challenges like an IRL stream that was titled “Spanking a stranger on stream” where she went around smacking strangers behinds. Her most recent escapade includes her 14-hour subathon taped to a wall in which she struggled. Fans have been loving her streams because they don’t know what they will be tuning into every stream day.

On one of her recent escapades, OTK streamer ExtraEmily had headed to the skate park for an IRL stream. She had planned to mimic a “Jackass” video by kayaking in a skate park. Her viewers and chatters were enjoying the stream as Emily kayaked around the skate park. However, not everybody was a fan of her shenanigans and some nearby individuals called the local authorities on her.
Emily was then confronted by the cops and even spoke to them in a respectable manner off-camera. Following a brief introduction by the cops, they explained to the streamer why they were there. “First of all, somebody complained about it. They said that you were kayaking here. I asked those guys over there and they said you’ve been respectful, not getting in their way or anything like that,” one of the cops said. After a short conversation, they allowed Emily to continue with her kayaking sessions in the park.
Fans speculate the situation
After the video of involvement of local authorities during ExtraEmily’s kayaking session went viral, some fans speculated that the cops had been called by viewers or chatters of the stream. This was speculated because when the cops had talked to the streamer, they had told her that the people in the skate park had not complained about her shenanigans. There was also evidence of viewer disrupting her past streams just to troll her. Some others speculated that it might be someone who was driving by the park.
Although getting the cops called on her was not fun for her or her stream, the stream overall was loved by viewers and brought even more drama for them to watch. After the stream, Emily even ended up giving the kayak to one of the skaters in the park.
