Pokimane narrates a weird fan moment
On her recent Twitch livestream with AriaSaki, Imane ‘Pokimane’ Anys narrated an incident where the CEO of a company tried to bribe Imane’s friend so that she can arrange a meet up with the Twitch star.
Fan meet ups can often turn out to be weird sometimes. While Pokimane is someone who has time and again expressed gratitude towards her fans for their love and support, there were times when she was astonished with the actions taken by her fans.

Pokimane has a weird fan encounter again
Pokimane opted out of the recently concluded TwitchCon 2022 at San Diego. Being one of the faces of Twitch, she was expected to be one of the showstoppers during the event, but she unfortunately had to skip the convention owing to some persistent health issues.
She, however maintained her regular live streams after recovering and greeted her online fans with AriaSaki, another popular Twitch streamer. Imane Anys shared several stories with one being about a time when one of her friends was bribed by a company CEO.
“One of my friends told me that a guy tried to pay him to get us to meet up, even like over Zoom. He’s like if you want cash, I’ll pay you in BitCoin, I just want to meet her.”
Streamer AriaSaki was shocked to hear the story when Pokimane went on further to state that she still wonders what goes on ‘behind the scenes that you never hear of’. The 26 year old Twitch star then revealed that the guy was apparently the CEO of a company which probably makes him so rich.
“Some dudes are crazy, and this guy was like, a CEO of a company. That’s all I’ll say. I mean, that’s how he’s got the money to do s**t like that. Weird.”
Given how popular she is, it is natural for fans to go to any extent in order to meet her. Moreover, it is not the first time that Pokimane encountered a weird fan experience as she explained during one of her previous livestreams that a fan apparently spitted all over her face when they met at a club.

While some of the fans joked about some popular names who could have bribed off her friend, others didn’t agree with Pokimane of the incident being weird as they believed there was nothing malicious behind the intentions of the guy who wished to meet her and that the streamer should have accepted the offer.
