Imane ‘Pokimane’ Anys, a Twitch celebrity, explained why she felt “alone and afraid” after receiving threats of legal action from streamer Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins’ manager, Jessica Blevins. Pokimane, a Twitch streamer, is currently at the heart of ongoing internet drama as he battles fellow broadcasting sensation Ninja.

Imane was the target of a hate raid organised by a streamer named Jidion, who deployed his supporters into her chat room to harass both herself and her viewers. Other streamers came out in force to support Pokimane after she abruptly ended her broadcast to avert additional damage, despite the continuous abuse and harassment from Jidion’s supporters and other critics.

After that, Jidion was permanently banned from Twitch. During the proceedings, Jidion found himself in a stream with Ninja, who was formerly Twitch’s most popular streamer and is still a prominent figure in the industry.

During the broadcast, Ninja encouraged Jidion to avoid “ratio[ing] b***hes,” and he even appeared to text his Twitch representative in an attempt to reclaim Jidion’s spot on the streaming site.

During a live broadcast, Pokimane called Ninja out. Following that, she shared a purported DM from Ninja’s manager and wife, Jessica Blevins, in which she stated that they are “considering everything defamation of character and are getting our legal team involved.”

Anys appeared in a broadcast with Twitch star Mizkif after making these messages public on Twitter, explaining why she decided to share up about Blevins’ threats of legal action. She was then defended by Mizkif, who said she was “in the right” and called Blevins’ message a “threat.”

Ninja claims that following their stream, he met with Jidion and warned him about harassing a streamer and their viewers, calling him a “huge troll” whose objectives were not to instruct his followers to “go hate on”her.
