PUBG Mobile recently got a mini update that brought the characters of Jujutsu Kaisen in Erangel and Livik surpassing the fictional superhero Spider-Man. The game is now heading towards PUBG Mobile 1.9 update as the beta game has already been released for players in different regions giving an insight regarding the new features.

Tencent, the developer of PUBG Mobile brings a new update to their game after every two months. Considering the 1.8 update was released globally on 16th January,2022 bringing Spider Man to the battlegrounds, the PUBG Mobile 1.9 update could be seen around the same time in the month of March.

If the update gets delayed by a couple of days then it can be released on 20th March or late week of March. Usually the update starts rolling out from UTC +0 but it can vary in different regions. Looking at the beta gameplay, we have also uncovered the features of PUBG Mobile 1.9 update.

New features

The new updates usually follow the trend of bringing a new collaboration in the game and launching the collaboration exclusive game mode like Arcane or Spider Man mode. Players will now be able to play the 4 vs 4 TDM in a specific area of Livik or Erangel. Customized drops designed according to the Anniversary theme will also be provided in this new mode. Players can access this mode in Unranked matches.

PUBG Mobile 1.9 update will bring the 4th Anniversary rewards for the players which makes this update more exciting. It might also feature huge crossovers but we need to wait till further announcements.
