Rockstar Games announces date for the last chapter of GTA Online: Los Santos Drug Wars DLC

Rockstar Games added the Los Santos Drug Wars DLC to Grand Theft Auto Online on 13 December 2022. It wasn’t the best-received DLC but not the worst either. It introduced a bunch of new characters like Dax, Luchadora, Labrat, and Mutt. These all characters are very cool to interact with. Along with these new characters, Rockstar also added one of the most lucrative businesses, Acid Lab to GTA Online.

Devs earlier revealed that this DLC will be introduced in two parts. The first part, First Dose consist of 6 fun mission which rewards player Brickade 6×6 for completing them. You can convert this Brickade 6×6 into Acid Lab for $ 750,000. You can also call Dax for missions. Completing the first 10 Dax missions will give you $ 50,000 for completing each mission and will unlock upgrades for Acid Lab. After completing 10 missions, they will just reward $ 25,000 each. Rockstar drip-fed Los Santos Drug Wars DLC content for almost 3 months. However, it is time to get to the conclusion of the story of Dax and the Fooliganz in GTA Online with the last part of DLC, The Last Dose.

Experts and data miners have earlier hinted that players might get the Last Dose in March, and now Rockstar has finally announced the last chapter of Los Santos Drug Wars DLC in GTA Online.

Just an hour after the weekly update post for GTA Online, Rockstar Games posted the reveal date for The Last Dose on their Twitter.

One week from today i.e. March 16, 2023, you will be able to join the Fooliganz for one last time. On the official website, they said,

“The saga of GTA Online: Los Santos Drug Wars reaches its eye-popping conclusion with an explosion of hallucinations, kidnapping, and revenge in The Last Dose. Dax always knew the Powers That Be were gonna push back, and now the Fooliganz will need all the help they can get.

“Reach the bottom of the rabbit hole in five new story missions that reveal the mysterious connection between Los Santos’ illicit drug trade and the pharmaceutical industry, as Dr. Isiah Friedlander returns to the fray to wreak havoc in this mind-bending and twisted finale.“

From the trailer, players can see that the story has moved past the Lost MC and Hippies and is dealing with problems at a different level. It will be very fun to help Dax and the crew to get defeat Dr. Isiah Friedlander and control the drug supply in Los Santos. Friedlander was the psychotherapist of Micheal in the main GTA 5 story. But the storyline of GTA Online reveals that he’s running a drug cartel in Los Santons. The new content for the Last Dose has not been revealed yet. However, Rockstar Games is expected to bring some banger rewards for the end of the story. As mentioned earlier, players got the Acid Lab for completing the First Dose missions, so it will interesting to see what players will get to complete the Last Dose missions in GTA Online.

Till then, be sure to complete all 6 First dose missions which are not too hard to complete. You can complete these missions solo in Karin Kururma or Duke O’Death.
