Shroud as OTK CEO? Just another joke or reality? Know more about this exuberant drama since 2020!

Michael “shroud” Grzesiek, known for his professional career in CS:GO and his extremely popular PUBG PC streams on twitch where he is an all time streamer now, has had a running joke with Mizkif’s organisation, “One True King” also known as OTK.

There have been talks that Shroud has apparently bought OTK back in November of 2021 but nothing has ever been confirmed by either parties except for the one time Mizkif said that he really did with a straight face on stream.

Is Shroud really the OTK CEO now?

Here’s how it all started, Back when OTK was founded in 2020, Shroud was offered to join the organisation but he refused to do so as he had creative differences with many of the other creators who had already signed on with them.

Later on, Rowdy revealed that he had bought OTK in an amount that he said was “pocket change” for him and that Mizkif really fell off by selling the company for such a low amount.

Confirming the same, Mizkif had later on confirmed on stream with Leslie and Emiru that Shroud had actually bought One True King and it wasn’t a joke. He was really the owner of One True King.

In that fashion, One True King recently tweeted a picture of our Rowdy streamer with the caption “OTK CEO” making it official that Shroud was indeed the owner and CEO of One True King and that he would be leading them from now on.

OTK is already huge in the content creation field while they also beat OfflineTV for the title of Organisation of the Year at the Streamer Awards 2022 hosted by QTCinderella who has been a pioneer at hosting events that bring the Content Creating world together.

With OTK confirming that Shroud was indeed the owner and CEO now, fans are wondering if OTK will come up with their own eSports lineups in various different games and boy will it be awesome to see something of the sort happen.
