Michael Grzesiek, better known to the world as Shroud, is an ex-professional Counter Strike Global Offensive player who has played for top tier teams such as Cloud9.

After announcing his retirement from professional esports, Mike dedicated himself to content creation and since then, has continued on to become one of the greatest streamers of all time.
He is mostly known for being one of the most mechanically gifted gamers out in the wide world and also as the guy who used to drop 20 kills in PUBG ever since the game started and he decided to terrorize the lobbies.

In a surprising move, however, Grzesiek announced on July 7 that he would be competing yet again and this time in Riot’s 5v5 tac shooter, Valorant, for none other than the fan favourite team, Sentinels.
While streaming shortly after the announcement was made, shroud was continually asked how the move came to be and so he started on his story.
“I was having dinner, we were leaving at about 11 pm. Our cars were there, ready to go valet. Yoni from Loaded said ‘hey can I throw your name in the bucket of Sentinels for LCQ as their 5th’,” he said

“I said yeah, and he said you’ll have to boot camp and you’re gonna have to go hard and I was like yeah obviously. I’m not going into half-a**, that’d be dumb. That would just be a sh**ty move you know? For me and the team.”
“They all thought I was trolling. But I was not trolling,” he added.
Though we have seen Shroud play Valorant on streams numerous times while also producing clips at the same time, this will be the first time that we will be seeing him play with an org and everyone now has their eyes on Sentinels to see how they perform.
